Showcase Mid-Century Home in Dallas, TX

You are selling your house for one reason or another. You want this process to go smoothly and stress free. To many, the biggest investment you own is your house. You want top dollar for your home, and you would like for that offer to come in quickly. You keep this in mind when you hire a real estate agent. You want your real estate agent to work hard, be honest and professional and do everything within their power to sell your house.

Meet the team with Texas Pride Realty! This team recently did something that I absolutely love! One of their clients did an outstanding job with their renovations and Team Texas Pride went above and beyond showing off this house.

This 1960s ranch house has undergone a complete transformation by a husband and wife team that share a love for mid-century style. This couple wished to retain the home’s mid-century modern roots. The goal was to update the home with current design and yet stay true to a mid-century modern fashion. They also successfully brought in natural light into the spaces.

The colors were inspired by the 1939 World Fair in New York. This theme was taken to every room within this house, keeping in mind and utilizing classic fashion trends that are hot in today’s market.

This house located near Preston Hollow in North Dallas, is a showcase house. The agent, Mikey Abrams came up with a spectacular idea in showing this house off. He brought in help from his team with Texas Pride Realty and models that specialize in mid-century fashion and did a fun photo shoot.

Currently many homes are on the market in North Texas, you need to think out of the box if you want your home to stand out. I suggest calling Texas Pride Realty if you want a team that will support you and work hard on showing off your home.
